With over 10 miles of hiking trails, there is much to explore in the rainforest at Asa Wright Nature Centre.
HADCO Experiences’ Tour Guides are trained to take guests on hiking trails that cater to all levels of fitness. Hiking Association of T&T
The Hiker’s Association of Trinidad & Tobago was first conceived in 2008. The Association comprises six clubs with the following mandate:
Develop a National Hiking Standard/Code of Conduct with minimum operating standards for clubs operating in T&T.
Training and Certification for Hike Leaders.
Determine the minimum legal requirements (including insurance) for operating a hiking club.
Public Advocacy and Awareness of SAFE hiking practices.
Seek recognition for Hiking by the relevant authorities.

Emile is a history buff and enjoys sharing his vast knowledge with his guests, ensuring that not only do they enjoy the many spectacular rivers, waterfalls, secluded beaches and trails throughout the country, but they are given a story that will allow them to appreciate the history of the area.
His warm and friendly presence embodies the Trinbagonian spirit, and you are assured an unforgettable experience when hiking with Nature Trekking in Trinidad and Tobago.

He is an avid reader of the history of Trinidad and Tobago and take great pleasure in sharing his knowledge of the peoples and places during historical tours which he offers.
First Aid Certification and Water Safety Training are among his credentials since safety is the hallmark of his success. He delights in ensuring that you have an unforgettable experience as you enjoy the hidden gems of our enthralling country with him.
His hiking experiences cover local and international territories including some Caribbean Islands, and North and South American countries. Some of his most memorable are hiking the trail to Machu Picchu, climbing Kaieteur Falls, and visiting the Galapagos Islands.
He is currently the Team Lead in a hiking organization with eight other outdoor enthusiasts that share similar ideals, goals, and inspirations of nature. He derives great joy from sharing the beauty of nature with others and seeing them enjoy the experience as he loves and respects nature in all its glory.
He also organizes overseas tours to the Caribbean Islands, South, and Central America. Apart from hiking his passion is also bird photography, and as such, he travels to many countries to get pictures of exotic birds.
He also coordinates hiking events that attract both local and foreign visitors and ensures the client is safe and satisfied. He is passionate about nature and the protection of wildlife. His ambition is to showcase the secret gems of Trinidad and Tobago which are still unknown to many.
